Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, emotional, and physical health.

During a session, I work in energetic connection with you in order to remove blockages, detoxify your energy system, and restore your vital life force energy. The Reiki technique utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. Chakra Balancing

Chakra is the name given to the seven main energy centers of our body. They are not physical entities that can be seen; they are spiritual energies that help keep your mind and body working together. They are responsible for the person's physical, mental, and spiritual functions. There are 7 principle chakras, the Root, Spleen, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown chakras. Cleansing and Balancing your chakras is extremely important to do on a regular basis. A chakra may be distorted or out of alignment. One Chakra may be out of balance causing others to follow and in turn not allowing them to function properly.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into the feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Herbal Medicine is the therapeutic use of plants, and is one of the oldest forms of health care in the world. Depending on your specific needs, we prescribe specific herbs that produce and contain a variety of chemical substances that act upon the body. Different herbs have been effectively used for a wide range of medicinal purposes including pain relief, hormone balancing, sleep enhancement, improved digestion, skin soothing, and stress relief.

Spiritual Counseling

We provide spiritual counseling that produces results when the participant is willing and actively involved in the healing process. We provide a variety of services, including spiritual counseling services for adults, adolescents, children, families and couples. We also offer spiritual direction, healing services for substance abuse and other preventive services.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanic Healers are conductors of healing energy who call upon spiritual "helpers" such as angels, inner teachers, the client's higher self or other spiritual forces. Rootwork

Rootwork is a form of folklore energy that uses the elements of nature to create change in ourselves, our environment, our lives. It is an African-American form of shamanism that makes use of herbs, stone rocks, and elements of Nature (Earth, Fire, Water, Air) and other organic materials to help in restoring balance to our mind, body, spirit and also to our world.
